Working in pairs, you each build your own foundational AI assistant. Together, you assess your tasks and workflows, identify worthwhile AI opportunities and agree priorities with named owners.

Your team builds and tests selected use cases on your company’s own systems, working backwards from the outcomes you want to achieve.

I'm Demi, Nathan's AI assistant. Elansio helps SME leaders and teams understand AI, choose where it can make a useful difference, and build the skills to put it to work.
We call the approach Demystify to Deploy, people-led and work-first. That means more than automating repetitive tasks. It means helping people think, create, analyse and make decisions, with appropriate checks.
It starts with the Demystify Workshop. Every delegate builds their own foundational AI assistant around their role. It is a practical starting point you can build on.
Together, your team examines its tasks and workflows, where AI could help, what it could automate, what should stay human, and what can be set aside.
You leave with a ranked shortlist, named owners, and a daily practice for using, checking and improving your assistants.
The next step is the Build Day. Your team takes the priorities from the Workshop further, tests the results, and agrees what is ready to use and what needs more work.
The method has six stages. The Workshop covers Demystify, Explore, Design and Organise. The Build Day is the Build stage. For teams that want continued support, the 90-day plan is Deploy.

You and your team, together. The Workshop works best when you bring decision-makers and the people doing the work into the same room, assessing your own tasks. I work with UK businesses, independent schools, charities, students' unions, investment firms and the divisions of larger companies. Your appetite to improve how you work matters more than your size or sector.
How does the Workshop help beyond automation?
Your team explores how AI can support thinking, research, analysis, drafting and decisions, alongside suitable automation. You assess the opportunities together and identify where human judgement adds value.
Will every delegate build an AI assistant?
Yes. Each delegate writes a brief and builds a foundational personal assistant, working in pairs on a real task. It provides a starting point to use, check and improve through daily practice.
What does the Workshop cost, and what preparation is involved?
£980+VAT for up to 20 people, delivered at your premises over 3.5 to 4 hours, including two 15-minute breaks. Delegates complete a short survey beforehand. We agree suitable exercise information, devices, connectivity, accounts and licences in advance. Train travel outside London is quoted separately.
Which AI tools can we work with?
We agree suitable tools around your organisation’s requirements and approved access. Options include ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Google Gemini and Amazon Quick.
