Can we start with a workshop directly?
Absolutely. Teams start with a half-day Demystify Workshop. The Workshop is the required starting point for Build Day (Task to Deploy™), and the Workshop and the Build Day together lead into the Programme.
What size teams do you work with?
UK SME leadership teams, from owner-managed businesses to multi-site organisations. Workshops work best with up to 20 people in the room.
