Claude AI Training for UK Businesses
You've discovered Claude. Now let's help your whole team work with it as confidently as you do.
I'm Nathan Jones, founder of Elansio. I run onsite Claude workshops for UK businesses whose leaders have found something genuinely useful in Claude and want the rest of the team to experience the same shift. A practical session that helps your team move from asking "how do we use this tool?" to asking "how and where do we improve our business?" Claude is the enabler. The business is the outcome.
"The best workshops are the ones where the room stops thinking about the technology and starts thinking about the outcome."
Why does Claude training matter for UK businesses?
Claude is having a quiet moment in UK boardrooms. Leaders are trying it at home, on weekends, or for a tricky piece of writing, and finding it genuinely impressive — often more natural and more thoughtful than what they expected. The question that follows is always the same: how do I get this into the hands of my team in a way that actually sticks?
That's the opportunity I help unlock. Claude is a powerful tool, particularly for teams that write, advise, analyse, plan, or think for a living. But going from personal curiosity to team capability takes more than a licence and a launch email. It takes a moment where the team sees, in the context of their own work, what Claude can genuinely do for them.
What makes this different from standard AI training?
I start with the business, then bring Claude into the conversation where it earns its place. Before I walk into your office, I've already looked at how your team works, what they're trying to achieve, and where the everyday friction sits. The workshop is built around your context, not a slide deck I reuse.
I call the methodology Demystify to Deploy™. It's a trademarked approach I've built over years of onsite delivery. The idea is simple: demystify AI so people feel confident, then deploy it inside real workflows so the confidence turns into capability that lasts long after I've left the building.
Why Claude specifically?
Claude has earned a reputation among leaders for being thoughtful, nuanced, and pleasant to work with. It handles long documents gracefully, writes in a voice that feels human, and is cautious in a way that many professional services teams appreciate. For businesses whose competitive edge is the quality of their thinking and the clarity of their communication, Claude often fits more naturally than the alternatives.
I work with whichever tool your business has chosen, but when a leader tells me they've fallen for Claude, I know exactly why — and I know how to help their team fall for it for the same reasons.
What does a Claude workshop with me actually look like?
Half a day, onsite, at your office. Priced per workshop, not per delegate, so you can bring the whole team without the maths getting in the way. I work with cross-functional groups — typically 8 to 16 people from different parts of the business, because Claude lands best when the team learns together.
We start with a conversation about the business — what you do, how you do it now, where the pressure is. Then we move into Claude itself, grounded in examples drawn from your world. Real work, built in the room, ready to run on Monday morning.
What will my team be doing differently after the workshop?
They'll use Claude with intent. They'll know what to ask it, how to ask it well, and where it genuinely earns its keep in their day. They'll have language for the things it does well and the things a person should still own. Above all, they'll feel free to experiment with purpose and confidence.
The shift I see most often in the room is the one that matters most commercially. The conversation moves from "how do we use this tool?" to "how and where do we improve our business?" That is the moment Claude stops being a personal favourite and starts being a team capability.
Who is this Claude training for?
UK businesses between 10 and 250 people whose leaders have found value in Claude and want the team to experience the same. I work most often with professional services firms, independent schools, hospitality groups, property managers, and B2B service businesses — organisations whose edge comes from the quality of their thinking and the clarity of their communication.
If you're the Managing Director, CEO, Operations Director, or Head of Learning and Development, and you're the one saying "I love what this does for me, I want my team to have the same," this is built for you.
What happens after the workshop?
Some teams take what they've learned and run with it independently — and that's a good outcome. Others want to go further, and for them I offer the Demystify to Deploy™ 90-Day Programme: three months of structured support that takes the workshop energy and embeds it permanently into how the business operates. Workshop included, coaching and advisory built in, priced by conversation.
We'll talk about whether that's right for you after the workshop, not before. The workshop is complete on its own.
Frequently asked questions about Claude training
How much does a Claude workshop cost?
£980 plus VAT for a half-day onsite workshop. Priced per workshop, not per delegate, so the cost doesn't scale with the number of people in the room. Travel outside London is quoted separately and agreed in advance.
Do we need Claude for Work, or is the free version enough?
For a workshop, the free or Pro version is enough to get started. For a team working with sensitive business information, Claude for Work (the business subscription) gives you the data handling, admin, and security controls you need. I'll advise on the right tier in our conversation.
How is Claude different from ChatGPT or Copilot?
Claude tends to feel more natural in long-form writing, handles large documents well, and has a thoughtful tone that many professional services teams prefer. ChatGPT and Copilot each have their own strengths. The right question isn't which tool is best — it's which tool fits how your team actually works.
How many people can attend?
The sweet spot is 8 to 16 people from across the business. That range gives you the cross-functional spark that makes the session land, while keeping the room conversational rather than lecture-style.
How soon can you run a workshop for us?
Usually within two to four weeks of a first conversation. If you need something faster, ask — I'll tell you honestly what the diary looks like.
Do you work with teams who are new to Claude?
Yes. Most of the teams I work with are new to it. The workshop assumes nothing and builds confidence quickly, grounded in real work rather than abstract features.
Let's have a conversation
Thirty minutes. No prep needed. I'll ask a few questions about your business and how you've been using Claude so far, and by the end of it you'll know whether a workshop is the right next step.
