Your team builds and tests the top cases from the Workshop on your own systems, working back from the outcome you want. People with different roles test ideas, solve problems and make decisions together. By mid-afternoon you have tested prototypes, evidence of what worked and a decision on each: ready for daily use, needs more work, or stays with people.

We take the cases your team chose at the Workshop and work through what a useful result needs to do.

Build, test, improve
Build and run the selected cases on your own systems. Check what worked, what failed and what needs a person to decide.
Each test has a named owner, an agreed check and a clear next action. The Build Day is a focused six-hour session, not a promise that every case will be ready for daily use.
Train travel outside London is quoted separately.
