What is the Elansio Practice Day?
The Practice Day is a six-hour, on-site build day that follows the Demystify Workshop. Your teams build the use cases the workshop ranked: workflows that automate, work that augments their thinking, and simple agents, all working before the day ends. It costs £1,595 + VAT, or £2,395 + VAT bundled with the Workshop.
What do we build on the day?
You build the use cases from your workshop, working in teams. Tasks and workflows that automate, with your people as creator and judge. Others that augment your thinking, which is where the real gold is. We build agents together, and you leave with use cases working and a candidate list to take further. We finish mid-afternoon, so what you built goes to work the same day.

Why does the Practice Day require the Workshop first?
The Practice Day is only available following a Demystify Workshop, because we build your top use cases from it. The workshop produces the inputs: use cases ranked with AIKE™ and your team's maturity mapped on the EMIL ladder. Without them there is nothing to build from.
How is the day structured?
Six hours on site, working in teams, finishing mid-afternoon so what your team built goes to work the same day. Pre-work is generated from your workshop outputs at no extra cost.
What does it cost?
£1,595 + VAT as published. Booked together with the Demystify Workshop: £2,395 + VAT, saving £180. Prices are firm; if budget is tight, we flex scope, not price.

How many people can take part?
Up to 20 people, matching the Demystify Workshop format. Priced per day, not per delegate. Teams work in small groups, so everyone builds rather than watches.
Why is there no price listed for the 90-Day Programme?
The Programme is shaped and priced in person at your Practice Day, because it embeds what you built there. Everything else is published.
