It covers fortnightly coaching for the first 30 days, light-touch advisory for days 31-90, adoption measurement and reporting, and internal AI champion development. Book a 20-min call to discuss fit.
What team size does this work for?
The workshop works best with up to 20 people in the room, which is the sweet spot. Coaching and advisory sessions are typically with team leads and leadership. Larger organisations run focused workshops by department.
What happens after the 90 days?
By the end of the programme, your team has internal AI champions, measurable adoption metrics, and a clear plan for continued integration. The capability stays with your team permanently. Some clients return for a second cohort, or to tackle a new area of the business. A few come back simply to check in. All of that is discussed at the end of month three.
Is this available outside London?
Yes. I deliver workshops onsite anywhere in the UK. Coaching and advisory sessions during the Embed and Sustain phases are delivered online, making the programme accessible wherever your team is based. Travel costs outside London are quoted separately for the workshop day.
What tools and skills will my team learn?
That depends on what comes out of the workshop. The programme includes hands-on capability building with AI tools relevant to your team's specific workflows, agreed after the workshop based on what we find together.
