Hotel Solutions Partnership (HSP) is a global consultancy serving the hospitality sector across advisory, operational, investment, and financial projects.
Following my keynote at their annual conference, HSP set out to understand how AI could both streamline internal operations and enhance client delivery.
Together, we designed and deployed custom GPTs for discreet processes, reducing the time to produce high-quality client content from days to hours, simultaneously increasing consistency and insight.
These tools are now embedded into HSP’s workflows, allowing consultants to treat AI as a true teammate—freeing up more capacity for strategic thinking and client interaction.
