In 1977 (hence the disco threads), I visited Cape Canaveral, where the Apollo 11 mission to the Moon was launched in 1969.
As a 10 year old from South Wales, this was truly awe-inspiring and, of course I then dreamt of becoming an astronaut.
Dreams are the driving force behind personal and professional growth, providing direction, motivation and a sense of purpose.
Many dreams remain dreams, which is absolutely fine.
Some dreams, however, become real aspirations and we take actions to bring them into our world and strive to make them a reality. This requires dedication, focus, resilience, persistence and an ability to learn, communicate, share, adapt and to bring people on the journey with you, such as co-workers, investors and of course, current and future customers.
As CS Lewis said "You are never too old to set a new goal or dream a new dream" - this hangs on my wall and I look at it every day.

To successfully answer and build these out, is a nuanced process. It requires honesty, integrity, reality, ambition, techniques, focus, clarity, creativity, structure, agility, communication, problem-solving, personal and professional development, teamwork and collaboration.
With a career spanning over 30 years, that has seen so much innovation and transformational change, and that will continue at increasing velocity, I will bring my knowledge, skill, expertise and mindset to help you achieve your goals. Having worked across multiple sectors, in consultancy, sales and marketing and business development for enterprise, startups, scaleups and running my own business, I will share best practice, pitfalls, tactics and strategies that I have learned through spectacular successes and failures on the job.
I have worked at some of the world's largest financial institutes, supplied media services to some of the most luxurious retail brands and for the past 8 years, I have been at the coalface of sales and marketing for some very powerful AI product, service and research companies globally. I have seen best practice, fundamental mistakes, incredible technology and work in some amazingly talented teams.
This has given me a unique insight into the dynamics of business, from large global enterprise to very small expert companies. Businesses face very similar challenges and each business needs to tackle these challenges in its own unique way
